ZUMBA® KIDS AND KIDS JR.
Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 4-13 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids, Jr classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
Tailored for active older adults, who want to focus on muscle conditioning and light weight activity. Zumba® Gold-Toning blends the Zumba® party you love at a slower pace with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles!
In this class the basic foundational yoga poses are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility within the body. Each class will include a standing and floor series with modifications for all. Breathing technique and meditation will also be included in practice.
With elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, this full-body workout utilizes small, targeted, weight bearing movements to tone, build strength and muscle endurance and develop flexibility. With a small class size, you will be sure to get individual one on one attention to ensure proper form and technique for a safe workout that leads to real results.
